Eni Hydraulic AW lubricants are superior quality anti-wear hydraulic oils for use in circulation systems and in hydraulic circuits. They are obtained from selected paraffinic base stocks and treated with anti-wear, anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives. They are available in many grades, which cover a very broad range of viscosity and are therefore able to meet all requirements of practical interest.
Benefits:
Provide good wear protection thereby prolonging service life of moving parts.
All grades have good oxidation stability.
Possess high film strength, which helps in minimizing friction and wear.
High viscosity Index to restrict viscosity changes under operating conditions.
The oils are compatible with the most common elastomers used with mineral oils (they do not cause swelling and/or marked variations in hardness).
Eni OSO
Eni OSO is a line of ashless high quality hydraulic oils specially developed for use in all types of hydraulic systems and equipments. The oils are formulated from selected paraffinic base stocks treated with antirust, antioxidant and anti-wear additives. The oils are available in a wide range of viscosities to suit all practical requirements.
Benefits:
Excellent anti-wear properties and good oxidation resistance and stability
Outstanding anticorrosion and antirust properties
Good demulsibilty and anti-foam properties
High Viscosity Index of all grades minimizes changes in viscosity throughout the normal range of operating temperatures
Eni OSO AS
Eni OSO AS is a line of ashless high-quality hydraulic oils specially developed for use in all types of hydraulic systems and equipments. The oils are formulated from selected paraffinic base stocks treated with antirust, antioxidant and anti-wear additives (Classification ISO-LHM).The oils are available in a wide range of viscosities to suit all practical requirements.
Benefits:
The oils are designed for energy transmission in plants requiring the use of hydraulic fluid. The oils also provide adequate lubrication by creating a strong lubricant film which withstands high loads between the sliding parts of high-pressure hydraulic systems
Eni OSO AS oils have very good anti-wear properties
They have extremely good oxidation resistance and stability even when subjected to unusually high thermal stresses
A low pour point allows easy start-up of hydraulic equipment even at low temperatures, without circulation or regulation problems
Their special formulation guarantees good filterability
Eni Arnica AS
Eni Arnica AS is a hydraulic oil blended with synthetic technology high-performance base oil and special ashless additives, for use in hydraulic systems requiring fluids possessing an extremely high Viscosity Index and a very low pour point for correct operation (ISO-L-HV classification).
Benefits:
The VI improver adopted is highly resistant to operating loads, and so there is no appreciable decrease in viscosity during service.
The low pour point of all grades permits use for a wide range of applications including those where low working temperatures are encountered.
The antirust properties ensure effective protection and preservation of all metallic components in the circuit.
They also have very good demulsibility, which facilitates spontaneous separation of any water which may become mixed with the oil.
Eni Arnica PSX
Eni Arnica PSX is a hydraulic fluid totally synthetic (synthetic hydrocarbons), with very high performances, specially developed for use in ceramic industry presses. The synthetic base, treated with special additive packages, possesses detergent/dispersant, antioxidant, antirust and antiwear properties. It permits the oil-change interval longer than that typical of mineral oils.
Benefits:
The extremely high Viscosity Index of the AGIP ARNICA PSX 46 minimizes changes in viscosity as a result of temperature variations
The low pour point permits use for a wide range of applications including those where low working temperatures are encountered
Its antirust properties ensure effective protection and preservation of all metallic components in the circuit
The detergent/dispersant properties holding impurities and sludges in suspension extend the interval of the filter substitution
Eni Hydraulic H
Eni Hydraulic H lubricants are high quality anti-wear hydraulic oils for use in circulation systems and in hydraulic circuits. They are obtained from selected paraffinic base stocks and treated with anti-wear, anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives.
Benefits:
Possesses high film strength, which helps in minimizing friction and wear.
High viscosity Index to restrict viscosity changes under operating conditions.
Possesses a good water-separating ability and does not form stable emulsions, which can result in loss of lubricating power.
Outstanding antifoam properties and the capacity to release entrained air rapidly ensures excellent incompressibility. This property, which is required by hydraulic fluids, prevents any pumping and circulation troubles and reduces the rate of thermal and oxidation alteration.
