Eni RGB series has been developed to meet the widest range of requirements of EP (Extreme Pressure) lubrication, such as, for instance, gears operating under severe duty (ISOL- CKD classification). The oils are formulated from paraffinic base stocks and additives such as sulphur compounds (which ensure good high-speed and shock-load performance) and phosphorus compounds (for low-speed and high-load performance).
Benefits:
Thermal and oxidation stability, permitting continuous use at operating temperatures as high as 100°C
Non-corrosiveness towards materials employed for the construction of machinery and especially those used for gaskets and seals, as well as metals such as steel, cast iron, copper and bronze
Eni RGB oils separate rapidly from water and thus ensure perfect lubrication even in applications where water contamination is possible, as in steelmaking plants
These oils effectively help protect and conserve lubricated parts even in damp conditions
The products are non-toxic since they contain no lead compounds; they can thus be used in oil-mist lubrication systems.
Eni Blasia
Eni Blasia series has been developed to meet the widest range of requirements of EP (Extreme Pressure) lubrication, such as, for instance, gears operating under severe duty (ISO-LCKD classification). The oils are formulated from paraffinic base stocks and additives such as sulphur compounds (which ensure good high-speed and shock-load performance) and phosphorus compounds (for low-speed and high-load performance). They thus satisfy the widest range of operational requirements.
Benefits:
Meets DANIELI Standards for Steel mill gear boxes
The Blasia oils separate rapidly from water and thus ensure perfect lubrication even in applications where water contamination is possible
These oils effectively help protect and conserve lubricated parts even in damp conditions
The products are non-toxic since they contain no lead compounds; they can thus be used in oil-mist lubrication systems
Eni Blasia XMP
Eni Blasia XMP series are very high-performance gear oils for lubricating in extreme pressure conditions (EP) the last generation industrial gear reducers, in particular, those extremely compact and of high specific power that could have problems of micro-pitting damages. They are formulated with selected paraffinic base stocks and specific additives for very wide operative exigencies, (ISO-L-CKD classification)
Benefits:
Meets DANIELI Standards and FLENDER specifications for Steel mill gear boxes.
The Blasia XMP oils separate rapidly from water and thus ensure perfect lubrication even in applications where water contamination is possible
These oils effectively help protect and conserve lubricated parts even in damp conditions
The products are non-toxic since they contain no lead compounds; they can thus be used in oil-mist lubrication systems
Eni Telium VSF
Eni Telium VSF is a synthetic lubricant formulated with selected water-soluble polyglycols and special additives that deliver high lubricity properties and a very high viscosity index. It is particularly suitable for lubrication of bearings, gears and other couplings operating at very high temperatures with particular regard to worm gears, characterized by a high power-weight ratio.
Benefits:
TELIUM VSF are formulated using water soluble polyglycol, characterized by excellent lubricating properties and very high viscosity index, which allow, compared with a corresponding mineral-based lubricant, a reduction in the friction coefficient and an increase in thermal conductivity, thus helping to keep the machinery operating temperature lower.
TELIUM VSF have an excellent oxidation resistance which ensures a proper lubrication and a long service life even at temperatures up to 150°C.
TELIUM VSF fluids have very good antiwear properties as demonstrated by the following test:FZG (A 8,3/90), failure stage 12°.
Eni Blasia P
Eni Blasia P is a gear oil with EP characteristics and a very high viscosity. Eni Blasia P 1000 is particularly recommended for the lubrication of heavily-loaded and low-speed reduction gears (rolling mill applications)
Benefits:
The Blasia P oil separates rapidly from water and thus ensures perfect lubrication even in applications where water contamination is possible
These oils effectively help protect and conserve lubricated parts even in damp conditions
The products are non-toxic since they contain no lead compounds; they can thus be used in oil-mist lubrication systems
Eni Blasia SX
Eni Blasia SX is an oil developed for the lubrication of gears and bearings operating at high temperatures. It is formulated from a synthetic base (polyalphaolefin) additive-treated to impart appropriate antirust, antiwear properties and exceptional oxidation and thermal stability.
Benefits:
Formulated from a base with inherently good lubricating capacity. The very high Viscosity Index minimizes the change in viscosity over a wide range of operating temperatures
Exceptional oxidation and thermal stability. The additives have been selected to avoid the formation of sludge even if a small part of the fluid oxidizes owing to extreme working conditions
Good antiwear and antirust properties as illustrated by FZG test (12+ stage pass)
